Universal Assetland Realty Inc., had commissioned Redviper Ventures & Development Corporation to develop its 1.4 hectare Minglanilla property into a residential community. Earthworks to grade the site and constructional of paved roads and drainage system as part of the land development, together with the erection of two storey dwelling and other residential amenities was undertaken by RVDC and delivered on time as per contract to another satisfied client.
