The corporation is engaged primarily in General Mining and General Engineering works.Formed last August 2013, the member of the board assigned Mr. Ronald Y. Elpa to be the Company President. He also appointed Engr. Eliser C. Murcia to serve as the Vice Presidents for Operations.Engr. Eliser C. Murcia is from Bohol. He earned his Civil Engineering Degree from the Holy Name University. He honed his expertise from the different work exposures he had in the construction industry. He’s been with both horizontal and vertical engineering works. He is currently the Managing Director for Operations of JMC Konstrukt. He is also the Vice President for Operations of RVDC.Mr. Ronald Y. Elpa has been in the business world ever since. Like any Chinese man, at an early age his doting parents trained him to do good business. The trainings he got proved to be very effective as it paved its way to the different businesses that he currently manages. He is currently the President and General Manager of JMC Konstrukt , a Board of Director of Visayas Truckers & Equipment, the President of Opon Docs Medical Clinic and the Chairman of the Board of New Panay Concrete Solutions Incorporated and he is the current dynamic and enthusiastic President of Redviper Ventures and Development Corporation.RVDCs success and the milestones that it continue to create wouldn’t be realized if not because of the collaboration of the business expertise of the two young and dynamic entrepreneurs who were completely armed not just the highly technical requirement of the ventures entered but they too have the financial confidence required as RVDC made its fresh start with its 2 big projects – the Nickel Ore mining project in Tawitawi under contract with ANC Mining and the 16 hectare Land Development project of Gaisano Iloilo Commercial Center. Both projects started simultaneously with only as few as five office personnel and a quite number of manpower assigned to both projects while the utilities and equipments can be counted by hand. Truly RVDC made a modest and a humble beginning.Today RVDC has been a name that continues to earn a mark in the industry.The enthusiastic personalities of the executive management helped a lot as RVDC surpassed the hard trying times on the first months of the business. The able and defined way of the executive management proved to be effective as RVDC shooed away every challenge it met along the way. Today the challenges are as big as the opportunities.
