Bored Piling and Structural Grouting Works
Redviper Ventures and Development Corporation provided Emerald Hotel the solution to its foundation
problems. With the Hotel structure to nest on the existing porous limestone or cavernous sections; 22,088.5 cubic
meters of structural grout was injected underground through bored holes, stabilizing the earth strata and improving
the areas soil bearing capacity capable to support the 40-storey Hotel.
